Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases made in this store. Your contract is with Loyalty Source, Victorinox’s authorized Canadian partner, not with Victorinox or Perkopolis.

Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Loyalty Source, Victorinox’s authorized Canadian partner. Loyalty Source sets the prices agreed with your benefits program, takes the payment, ships the order, and handles returns and support. Victorinox supplies the product and the guarantee; Perkopolis confirms that you are a member.
Member pricing
Your price comes from the referral link in your Perkopolis portal, so no coupon code is needed. Eligibility is confirmed before payment, never after. Member pricing is not combinable with public Victorinox promotions and can change if the program agreement changes, but never after you have paid.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe in Canadian dollars. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by this store. Nothing is charged until your eligibility and stock are confirmed.
Delivery
Orders ship from a Canadian fulfilment centre. How long delivery takes depends on the item; the estimate shown on the product page and at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed date. One delivery service is offered, so there is nothing to choose at checkout, and delivery is included in the price shown.
Returns and warranty
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Victorinox guarantees knives, tools, and luggage for life against defects in material and workmanship; watches carry a 5-year warranty. Normal wear, misuse, and sharpening damage are not covered.
Prototype status
This storefront is a prototype. Nothing ordered here is fulfilled, and no payment is taken. Final terms will be issued by Loyalty Source before launch.
