What Loyalty Source collects when you shop here, why, and how long it is kept. Your details stay with Loyalty Source and are never shared with Victorinox or resold.

Who handles your details
Loyalty Source is responsible for the personal information collected in this store. Victorinox receives no order, contact, or payment details. Perkopolis confirms only that you are an eligible member, and receives nothing about what you viewed or bought.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, and the referral link that identifies you as a Perkopolis member. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; this store never sees or stores a card number.
Why we use it
To apply your member pricing, take and ship your order, answer you when you write in, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for third-party marketing.
Cookies and measurement
Necessary cookies keep the store and your bag working. Optional analytics cookies measure how the Perkopolis offer performs, in aggregate. Your choice is saved in this browser and you can change it at any time.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet Canadian tax requirements. Enquiries are kept for two years. Your bag is kept in this browser for 30 days, whether or not you have an account.
Your rights
Write to care@shop.loyaltysource.com to see, correct, delete, or export the details we hold, or to withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
